Water on Mars

– FOR SODASTREAM

Scientists, entrepreneurs, and space enthusiasts have looked to Mars ever since the moon landing. Some believe there might even be water there. But despite all the hype and recent talk about sending humans to the red planet, we have yet to see it happen.

For the 2020 Super Bowl LIV, we wanted to tap into the ever-growing interest and fascination with space exploration, particularly Mars, through a big and cinematic sci-fi adventure inspired by recent blockbusters.

Directed and shot by Academy award-nominees Bryan Buckley and Rodrigo Prieto, the spot takes place in a not-too-distant future where a crew of astronauts is trekking across the surface of Mars in search of the source of all life: water.

Do you think it's possible for them to locate some and safely transport it back to Earth?
